(Powered) Paraglider taunting the earthbound over Mission Bay.

I suspect that it's an instructor doing some brilliant marketing.

I actually researched gear that night.  Looked up trade-in value for the hang glider sitting in my garage that I haven't used in 18 years.  "Oh, I'll fly it again."  But it takes all day to hang-glide.  Powered Paragliding is right across the street and doesn't need perfect wind... and it's an inexpensive way to fly.  And I'm not too old yet.

As if November 23 weren't enough:

Unable to withstand the taunting, I chased that mother*@#@#*r down.  Turns out Jake was selflessly fulfilling the million year old dying wish of a dinosaur who wanted his spirit to sour...
